This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Plan Bee Studios.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in original condition

• The item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items

• Limited release products

• Gift cards

• Used or damaged items not due to Company error

3. Return Authorization

To initiate a return, customers must contact:

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

Exchanges are permitted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Customers must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Description of issue

• Photographic evidence

If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
