Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased from Plan Bee Studios (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within two (2) to five (5) business days following order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of significant delays where applicable.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary depending on destination and selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

3. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer of the package to the shipping carrier.

4. Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate contact information.

5. Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Customers are responsible for verifying shipping details before completing checkout.
